As an R.N. I don't recommend that anyone take any supplements or over the counter products without checking with their doctor first. I've seen people get renal failure from a single normal dose of Tylenol and Mortrin taken together. Some meds combined with each other are dangerous.
-American consumers have no problem with carcinogens, but they will not purchase any product, including floor wax, that has fat in it. - Dave Barry
-My doctor told me to stop having intimate dinners for four; unless there are three other people. - Orson Welles

tell me to start it. One a DO and the other
my Cardio doc. I am also taking CoQ10
they started that two weeks ago. Since
they will be keeping track I have to be
careful. They did tell me that I do not
have to be perfect. Take one meal and
snack at a time. I have learned so much
Since I started this way of eating, not to
consider it as a diet. Diet is not a word
they want to hear. LOL
Looking forward to getting to know everyone
No one should take the CoQ10 without
talking to your doctor.
