Mine did about the same thing, but I have noticed it has evened out lately. I am a rough sleeper, and I know I roll alot in my sleep, so it will register that as "awake" time. I have been in the 5-6 hour time frame, which is pretty accurate. I am trying to make it longer, but with a little one still waking up in the middle of the night, it gets kind of rough. I have to admit I am loving this thing so far, and think it was a wonderful purchase, and hope I can keep up with it to reach my weight loss goal of about 40 lbs.

My guess would be that it's new. Give it a full few days and then see what happens. Mine occasionally records that I'm asleep (or awake) when I think it shouldn't, but the error is never as great as yours. (And I'm a tad envious of your being able to be in bed for almost 9 hours - nice!).

I just got my armband last night. I went to bed at 10pm, and got up at 6:45am. Yet it said I only slept 3.5 hours. Has anyone else had this happen? Could it be because I move alot in my sleep? I know I'm not sleepwalking, lol. Any advice is appreciated.
