Welcome! These are great tools for many of us. I have had my bodybugg just over 2 years and love it.

Body Bugg & Body Media GoWear Fit Co-Leader
Hi everyone! I'm Kristen. I've had my bodymedia link since Thanksgiving, and have been loving it pretty much consistently, until the first unit crapped out on me (it would, while on body for a bit, make the connection noise, followed by a series of two tones three times (a high and then low one) and in the beginning, if I could get to my computer immediately and plug it in, it would be fine, but that wasn't practical at work, and then later that didn't help at all either, and it would wipe all my data from last time I synced) , but I got my replacement one Friday, so am back on the ball.
I'm the type of person when playing an RPG video game, I'd check my player's EXP to next level stat every three seconds when I'm leveling up, so this has been perfect for me. I check my steps and calories burned like it's going out of style.
In the wait for my second unit, I realized I did like having it, and even missed it's presence on my arm. Also, I knew how far I'd have to walk to hit my step goal, even without it on, so I made sure to do that each day I waited.
I lost 27lbs before getting it and have lost 28lbs since getting it. Since it's always easier to lose in the beginning, I'm glad for the tracker to keep me going strong when the exercise portion needed to increase. I saw the difference in effort in hitting my calorie goals, from the beginning when I got it to now and know I need to kick it up a notch.
I'll stop rambling now. I'm looking forward to being a part of this forum.
