Hi all!! I've had my bodymedia link since the 2nd of the month and am loving all the info from it!!
But do have a quick question on where everyone is wearing theirs?
The instructions say on the back of the arm but the pictures on the site show it more on the side and towards the back then actually on the triceps.
I didn't give it too much thought until my workout today. I did a 20 minutes circuit and it was a hard enough workout my face was beat red but yet it only showed 4 minutes of vigorous activity?!
I am very obese and have learned that just walking up my stairs shows as moderate activity. Most of my workouts have kept it in the moderate range but this one just seemed so much harder.
Any ideas/suggestions are welcome! Thank you in advance!! :)
