Hey there - right now my target is at 2550 cals, 8,000 steps and 30 mins of activity, but I exceed that every day. In the past I've had it up to around 2,700 but I adjusted it due to inactivity around the holidays and just haven't updated it yet. Yesterday, I took a "rest" day - but got a lot of errands done, running around and projects around the house and I still burned 3306 cals for the day. Oddly enough, its the steps that I usually have a hard time reaching on days when I'm not teaching any fitness classes.
