Mine is set for 1750. If I have a very slow day I'm lucky to hit 1600, but on average I can get 1750-1850 with exercise and daily activity. I'm a somewhat small person with a small frame and am at goal weight, so my daily BMR just isn't that high. Sometimes I wish it were higher so that I could eat more. ;)

I set mine for 1850 and usually burn that by including an hour brisk walk in my Kangoo Jumps. On rest days where I still do lots of stair climbing I only burn around 1400 calories.

Hey there - right now my target is at 2550 cals, 8,000 steps and 30 mins of activity, but I exceed that every day. In the past I've had it up to around 2,700 but I adjusted it due to inactivity around the holidays and just haven't updated it yet. Yesterday, I took a "rest" day - but got a lot of errands done, running around and projects around the house and I still burned 3306 cals for the day. Oddly enough, its the steps that I usually have a hard time reaching on days when I'm not teaching any fitness classes.

Mine was auto-set to 2800 a day, but that wasn't happening consistently, so I adjusted my calories to burn down to 2700. I'd much rather burn less, but be successful at it, than to have a higher to-burn set and fail repeatedly.

Maybe once I begin losing again, more, it'll change, but for now this is working for me.

What is your goal for calorie burn for the day? I shoot for 2900 cal burn for the day.
