I don't have the phone syncing capability, but I know my digital display doesn't always want to sync or stay in sync. It's a little annoying but not too big a deal. I do like the feedback during the day it generally gives me.

Glad you are enjoying yourBodymedia Fit! I'm afraid I am not going to be of much help because I have the V3 Bodybugg, so it's a slightly different device and doesn't limk to my phone, just a digital display. Have you checked their site to see if there are FAQs (frequently asked questions) about that, or user forums? Good luck--I love the positive reinforcement, too, so I understand wanting to sync frequently!

I got the Body Media Fit as a Christmas present and I love it. I especially find the sleep analysis interesting. I always knew sleep was important for losing weight, but know I have a way to track it. I have to figure out why some nights are so much better than others for the sleep efficiency. I am pleasantly surprised how many calories I burn just doing daily things. It makes me want to take those extra steps to the far parking lot or take the stairs, etc.
I am not sure if the sync function with my phone works all the time though. It doesn't always sync. Sometimes if I press the button on the BMF it syncs. Other times it seems to sync (especially on its own (when I am outside so maybe it is a good signal?). Other times - nothing. It is discouraging since I like that positive reinforcement that I am doing well. Any thoughts?
