Glad to hear you are loving it! I have a BB and love it (am addicted to it really) but I am really interested in the sleep information the BMF gives...I think when the BB dies, I will switch over to the BMF.

SP starting weight - 285
Hello! I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2007 and love it, but found I wasn't losing weight like I wanted to. I heard about the BodyBugg/BodyMedia FIT armband, researched it, and was intrigued by the monitoring of the calories I ACTUALLY burn to 90% accuracy. I'm a gadget junkie, and losing this last 30 pounds seemed to be going nowhere with SP's estimates, so I thought I'd give it a try. Three weeks in AND I LOVE THIS THING! The biggest help for me have been seeing how many calories I ACTUALLY burn while doing various exercises, the intensity at which I'm working (the METs), and my sleep duration and efficiency. WOW! Looking forward to seeing how this device can help me lose this weight, and just be healthier in general, and looking forward to chatting with you all!
