You might take a look at the weekly challenge we post here; it's pretty simple and straightforward (logging your calories in/out, activity, and whatever personal goals you want to set for the week), but it can provide a place to be accountable. The combination of using my BodyBugg and getting connected here on SparkPeople has worked well for me; we all can use a little extra motivation and help from time to time.

My name is Allie, I am 25 years old, married, and living in Los Angeles, CA. I'm brand new to the team.. have been using the bodybugg for 14 weeks now, and (though I haven't been as consistent as I would like) I've still lost 15 pounds. I have an extremely hard time sticking to the program lately, though I have done it before and know that I CAN do it. I guess what I really need is some help staying motivated.
