Welcome to the team - I have a Go Wear Fit that I have been wearing for about 14 months - love it as a tool. I've found the calorie burn to be pretty accurate but when you are doing something with a lot of arm movements (house cleaning) it registers activity burn higher. When I do something killer like a stair machine, it doesn't show much activity burn even though I am huffing and puffing.
My hubby bought me an early Christmas gift. He got me the BodyBugg V3 with the digital display. Today is the 2nd day of wearing it. Yesterday it said I burned over 2800 calories. It's crazy to think I did because I didn't do much. Just a little house cleaning (about an hour) and then walked on the treadmill for 52 minutes (3.5 mph @ 3% incline). I can't wait to see what today's says since it's my normal workout day.
My biggest scare is it says I should be eating 2000 calories and burning 2750 calories per day to lost 1.5lbs a week. I only ate 1772 yesterday and felt full as hell. I'm worried I may not be eating enough, but I don't want to force myself to eat.
