I recently re-joined this team and was super excited to be using my BB again, but the entire week I felt hungry. I had been following WW so, I decided maybe I should just go back to it. I bailed on the weekly challenge thread and left the team.
My week was awful, only worked out 1 day didn't track all week.. Let's just say I have a 4 mo old baby and had a crazy emotional TOM week ( sorry if tmi).
I contemplated all weekend, what program works best for me? Well, they both WORK if you do them!!! BUT is boils down to my Body Bugg makes me move!!
