Welcome back! Finding what works for you is what matters; for most of us, I think it's a combination of things, not just one 'magic bullet' that helps us. My BB has been a great motivator to get up and move more, but I also participate in other teams and challenges as well to keep me motivated. Hope you find what works best for YOU!

I recently re-joined this team and was super excited to be using my BB again, but the entire week I felt hungry. I had been following WW so, I decided maybe I should just go back to it. I bailed on the weekly challenge thread and left the team.
My week was awful, only worked out 1 day didn't track all week.. Let's just say I have a 4 mo old baby and had a crazy emotional TOM week ( sorry if tmi).
I contemplated all weekend, what program works best for me? Well, they both WORK if you do them!!! BUT is boils down to my Body Bugg makes me move!!
