Yes - welcome Michelle! What a nice incentive! I've been wearing my GoWear Fit device for about 14 months now and really find that it helps me be accountable. I rely on its activity counts for steps and calories expended and it has sure helped me progress.

Welcome, Michele! I've been using my bodybugg for about 21 months now, and it has been a huge motivator to get me up and moving when otherwise I might blow off a workout. Good luck with the challenge; the bodybugg is not 100% accurate (they say 90% or better accuracy), but it sure helps give you a better idea of how your body is burning calories, which does give a reason to track what you're eating more accurately, too.

Hi I have been an on again off again Spark member and now I'm back. I started a weight loss challenge yesterday at my office with a potential $1000 prize. I startd the Body Bugg the day before the challenge. I'm liking it so far because I have a reason to accurately track my calories unlike blind tracking in the past. I've been able to sleep with is and wear it everywhere but in the shower. Can't wait to start monitoring its accuracy.
I joined this board to get more info and tidbits about using my Bugg. Happy to here,
