Hello everyone, my name is Kelly and I'm new to the group. I've been overweight my entire life, and am very prone to bingeing. It took me awhile to accept that I binged, but I've finally come to understand that's exactly what I do. I've been slowly losing weight over the past 6 months and am hoping to get a handle on my bingeing behaviors and what leads to them. Excited to get to know you all!
