I can't tell you I stopped keep track. I have no support I'm doing this on my own, and I burned out I jump into this and reviews cals counting and exercises Hell it wasn't that hard to do I been a diabetic for over 20 years so I know how to do all this but like always I get tried of doing this by myself and stop I joined spark people so this wouldn't happen I joined teams for support i made some buddy's but I listen to there problems and try to help them,so as of now I read my E-mails and get some points guess I'm over reacting because its been about a week well since VS Total Body Makeover ended,so that what I've been doing When I fill Like doing the cals and exercises I'll let you if you are any one needs help I'll be glad to help.

What have you been eating? calories? How long do you workout for?
I need some support. Lately stress with working two jobs, dealing with roommates, finding a place to move, and fights with the boyfriend, have made me fall way off track, when I first started back on spark people I lost 20 pounds fairly quickly. I cut out sodas, although I wasn't hitting the gym everyday I was working out, I cut out sugar, fried foods and I was motivated and was seeing the differences that everyhting was making.
Then I slowly stopped checking the site as frequently, logging food and exercise became a hassle instead of part of my daily routine, and fried foods and fast foods came back into my daily meals, because it so much easier to grab a cheese burger than a healthly salad as i'm rushing from one job to the next.
My friend is getting married soon, less than 6 months. her date is on the 24 of october i want to reach my goal by the 15th of october in order to be able to alter my dress so it will fit. but i need some more motivation and encouragement. I restarted my whole spark diet because i need to start over completely. I just need encouragement from others who can let me know although i'm dieting and working out by myself at home I'm not alone.

Hello things are ok I need something to kick me in the butt because I'm loss my you can do it additude. I'm lossing weight but I thinkI'm getting burnout I just go thoungh the motions. I still eat heslthy and drink my water but the exercises is getting harder to do. NEED HELP!

I have been doing fairly well lately. I took before shots in my bathing suit and if I have the courage to post it, I will. haha But, at least I will see the before and after shots. I also measured so I will hopefully see a difference. How is everyone doing?

Keep up the great work! Don't forget to change up your workout every 4-6 weeks to avoid a plateau and make small goals. Yow will get to your goal weight in no time!

Well my goal of 135 is on may 4 and I not even half way there was at stand still for 3 weeks and I know I can't loss that much weight in a week so kind of bumb but ok with it because I'm starting to loss the weght again and that way i'm here to get healthier and to loss weight and that want I'm doing!

It didn't help that I was sick during that time too. But, I'm feeling MUCH better.
How is everyone else doing? Summer is in about 10 weeks. Since it's 10 weeks away, I think I can lose about 10 pounds, right? :)
I'd be happy just to get back into the 140's right now. I just need to get the motivation to run again. I hate it but I know that's the one big thing that changed when I got home from basic, I haven't run but twice in September and that was it.
Life is like a bull...you just gotta grab it by the horns and ride for all it's worth.

That 1 pound I loss a more then likly gained it back Friedny and Saturday I went to teo cookouts and over did it and I dont want to weigh in Sunday

I'm finally in my 120s!! I gave myself 3 days of eating anything I wanted and it worked! :) Now, I have to focus on eating 1450- 1650 calories to keep losing! How is everyone's progress?
What works for you? Any tips on what keeps you losing?
I wish I felt like I was on track...I'm eating alright but I just can't lose the weight that I want to. I'd love just to get back under 150 but that's not there yet.

I haven't been eating well this past 2 days. Not feeling well didn't help! I haven't been eat junk in a LONG time! I trying not to be mad at myself because I'm back on track today and I'm hoping this will help break through my plateau. Thankfully, I didnt gain too much. I gained .4 pounds in 2 days. :)
