Have you found the fitness tracker yet? I really like it. When I have been away from exercising for a while, I start with strength training exercises. That helps get me going. Then I do more. I love the videos too.

There is a brighter day ahead i believe as long as God gives me the strength I can and will lose over 100 lbs being healthier and living healthy is a blessing in itself hello brothers and sisters.
