Looks like you are trying a little bit of everything! We put out a garden every year too. I put up a lot of food and we share our surplus with the our church & the local food banks. So neat that you have your 5 year old involved. When our grand kids get to visit they love going out to the garden picking out what they want to eat. Good luck with your gardening!

Hello, I just joined this team! Hello! I love to garden and I love it more that my 5 year old will just go outside and will pick it and eat it! :) He has his own garden now too - he is grown carrots! We are growing just about everything! Tomatoes, squash, peppers, spinach, lettuce, garlic, onions, corn, brussels sprouts, broccoli, peas, soybeans, collard greens... For some reason, I feel like I am missing something! LOL I don't have a very big yard, but my garden is 5 foot by 60 feet, OH I DID FORGET SOMETHING _ Strawberries and blueberries and raspberries! LOL I told my husband to just till up the whole yard! He finally has his own tiller -I bought it with our tax refund. So, must get to work. Just wanted to say hello! I will be looking forward to getting to know you guys and getting advice, we are not very good at this garden stuff, and have a lot of new things we are trying this year. Have a great day!
