Welcome! I'm getting spring fever, bought some cabbage, cauliflower and onions. Never raised them before but going to give them a try, hoping to get them in the ground this week. I'm right below you in NC.

Hi there, welcome to the team. I don't know how many are out there right now. But, I'm here. Sounds like you are a very busy person in the late summer - Fall. I need to learn more about my pressure cooker saw one blow when I was young and I have been affraid ever since. But I have a large one. LOL Still in the box. LOL Anyway Welcome to ya! EJ
I am from the great state of WV. I have been canning and freezing our own food for 40 yrs. I love being able to open up a jar of my own food when I go to cook a meal. DH and I always have a big garden with all kinds of produce. In 2009 I canned and froze over 300 qts of food. We also have a large tame blackberry patch that does great each yr along with several different kinds of fruit trees. How truly blessed we are!
