tracking is definitely key, so is being aware and planning ahead. Especially when going out to a meal/party etc. Eat a bit ahead of time, so you are NOT starving.
Don't next to the buffet table.
Drink non alcoholic drinks, the others make ya more apt to give in. Or at least spritz up your wine with some seltzer. Or drink one water for every other.
Those are things I have learned, f8nny..... all the articles say that too. Must be some truths in them!
