Thanks for all you info I've been on the Ball website, very helpful If I can't find what I'm looking for in my cookbooks the web is first place I go. I have a few simple country folk as neighbors with helpful hints also have given me receipes. I have put up so much stuff already can't wait for next year! Just pick 5 watermelons, 1 canteloupe today. I love doing this it's a shame I waited to move to SC before I ever did any gardening, actually never had a place to garden outside, We've put up already apples/applesauce, pears, peaches, plums, figs,green beans, onions, white pototes, okra, tomatoes (not a good crop this year needed rain,bell pepper not good either,hot pepper,
