Hi there and welcome!

I'm in the same shoes you are in. To much gaming and no exercise. My game of choice is Vanguard. I think what I enjoy the most is the community environment and helping my fellow guildies.

So far what I've managed to do in the last week is to use the game as a celebration of completing the exercising and also some course studying I have to complete. I am currently using the Wii Fit and DDR2. I have a variety of other exercise goodies and videos so if I get a wild hair or am struggling to exercise, I'll pick something different. The Wii Fit daily profile in itself is really seeming to help. Even if I don't do anything else, I do the profile including the balance stuff. I really like seeing my Wii Fit Age (so far my best is -14 years).

Hope this helps a bit.

It's not the paths you choose, it's what you do with those chosen paths.

At 125 take a look at what I want to do next.

Welcome to the team!
It is nice to see another PC gamer here although I don't spend much time there any more! I did spend WAY too much time on Guild Wars for about 18 months. I broke that habit when my nephew downloaded some spy ware it took me MONTHS to get rid of completely. I hope to start playing again soon though after this break of about a year (I've been online in the game but not much over the last year or so).

Welcome to the team Dave-0. We need more PC gamers on here to give us reviews and topics that pertain to PC games. Don't be afraid to post your topics.

Just joined up today. I have been a PC game addict for about the last 8 years. I started out with Ultima Underworld, Diablo, and Wolfenstein3D and have jumped all over the place.

Games I have spent too much time on include runescape, guildwars, and D2LOD. My most current obsessions are Crysis Wars and going through my collection of Age of Empires and the SimCity series.

I am trying to create balance with exercise and dieting to get away from the classic gamer image.

My normal routine was work, school, some amount of going out, and then filling the rest of the time gaming. I know I will continue to enjoy gaming, and its now just a challenge to better use my time to achieve some personal goals.

Glad to find a group of like minded people!
