I got my start in QA 6 years ago as a temp tester for a bunch of online ps2 titles, I loved that job too! =) Since then I've done customer service, design/lead design, and had my hand in marketing and community relations as well.

Glad to be acquainted with everyone and looking forward to chatting more!

Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself to the team. I too have taken up DDR as a form of exercise now that I combine that with Wii Sports I could honestly say that since I have gotten the Wii I have lost 25 pounds. I have not been consistant lately like I was before but I am starting to get back to that real soon and hope to be getting the last 80 pounds off. Glad to have you aboard and please feel free to join in the chat topics and give your two cents by creating your own. Good luck and hope to see you around more often.

Hi everyone, been a member for a little while now, so I figured I should come say hi ;). I blog a lot so if you read those you should know I like to ramble but I'll try and keep this short.

I'm a 28 year old video game producer from Austin, TX working on an unannounced title right now, who's lost 60 some lbs in the last year and a month mainly by playing dance dance revolution (add weights strapped to your arm if you really want to step it up), yourself fitness, and if I want to venture out of my house I like swimming and eliptical trainers. Most importantly I learned to shun the normal junk food diet the industry thrives on and eat better. Also, I had to learn how to "work to live" instead of "live to work" which is hard when you love your job!

I'm still working to lose somewhere between 30-70 more lbs (it's been so long since I've been sub 200, I'm not sure where my "happy weight" will be), I'm trying to achieve about 1200-1300 calorie intake per week after exercise, so that means I take the calories I ate for a week, subtract everything I burned for the week, and divide by 7. Keeps everything in perspective a lot better than just tracking by day and at this rate I've burst my plateau and am losing steadily again. Never thought I would be starving myself (I love to eat!) but it's easy to do unintentionally.

My current games roster includes Puzzle Quest, Rockband, DDR, Yourself Fitness, and Wii Bowling (yeah, mostly party or fitness games, I have a social life lately). Some of my other all time favorites are the Sims series, anything EverQuest, old school Super Mario Brothers, the Movies, anything poker/card/puzzle games, and a lot more I'm sure I'm forgetting right now.

Really happy to be a part of this team - people need to see that not all gamers live in their parents basement eating cheetos, drinking moutain dew, and look like cave trolls. People sometimes laugh at me when I say I do DDR to work out, until they watch me in action, especially the brave few that try to keep up with me... or when check out my leg muscles ;).

See, I can't help the rambling. I'll stop now. Game on, everyone, and I'll see ya around.
