I love all your accomplishments! No matter how big or small they are amazing. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work.
One reason why I did this questions was so you all reflected on something super positive. Now whenever you have a bad day remember how you felt when you accomplished the things you shared... use that feeling to keep you going.
Best Wishes

A big thing for we was to loose a pound during thanksgiving! How cool was that. Just think what I can now do with the rest of the holidays comming.

I know it seems small, but my biggest accomplishment of November was changing my fast food ordering habits. I used to just order a #1 or whatever, and I'd get the big drink and the big fries that come with whatever I wanted. Now, I just get what I actually want, and I'm better at gauging what I really need to eat.
My goal for next month is to keep up that good trend and to increase how much I work out. I talked my husband into getting an exercise bike, and now it's in the middle of our living room. So, I don't have any excuse. There's no reason why I can't get on it if I'm just watching TV...I wonder if I could knit up there? :-)

Well thankyou for this thread, it's nice to be able to share accomplishments other then weight loss with everyone.
I always put things off until the last minute, usually with everything. I do this, and then it bites me in the you know what. This time, it was a speeding ticket that I got last year. Well I never took care of it, so the fine got bigger and they eventually suspended my license. I found this out when I went to get it renewed in September. So I fianlly made a court date to take care of it, and it was yesterday. I am also the kind of person that doesn't like to do anything other then be at home or go to work. But yesterday, I went to court and got the hold on my license lifted, then I went to the dreaded DMV and got it renewed. I had to take all of the tests, which I passed. So I can safely say that there is one less illigal driver on the road.
I also took care of a wage garnishment that I had for an old bill, they were taking 25% out of my checks, and I got it lowered to $50. I practically did cartwheels for that one. Just think of the calories I could burn if I did.
My big accomplishment was exceeding my cardio goal of 1,420 minutes (now almost at 1,600) and getting to buy new clothes.
Next month's goal is to spend at least 30 minutes a night with my son and fiancee together, working on projects as a family. A lot of times we're in pairs and very rarely together, and Christmas (to me) is all about spending time with family.

I think my accomplishment this month is getting close to the 30 lbs lost mark again. Begining in October I had gotten my weight down to 272 before gaining 8 of it back and trying to get back down from there. My goal for December will be to get to 265.

My accomplishment this month was getting through the many stresses with out falling apart. I had a dinner with my father, a wedding, thanksgiving, and stresses at work and car problems. I made it through and it has all worked out okay.
For December it is pretty much the same- help my sister out and deal with the Holidays without falling apart. I want to make the best of it and come out strong!
