I am a vegetarian and working on to be vegan. I have been more of a cardio person for a while. but I am wanting to get stronger now and tone up more. Right now i am doing Jamie Eason's LIVEFIT 12-Week Trainer Challenge. All her meal plan is based on eggs and meat. I make my own food. I need more idea for protein. I am gluten/dairy/soy free. Trying to be sugar free too.
