I'm using the momentum of the new year to help get me psyched! And to do a little planning. It's going to be a crazy few months, so not sure what I'll have time for... but anything is better than nothing :)
I know what you mean I'm the same way. I've been wanting to build muscle and was doing so before my knee injury last night was the first time in awhile that I worked on building muscle.
I also need to get motivated to push myself and get back into it again.

I am a vegetarian hoping to go vegan for the new year (did a month of 100% vegan and loved it - just found it hard to stick to because of convenience... and a love of my local farmer's raw cheese...)
I have been more of a cardio person for a while, doing small runs mostly... but I am wanting to get stronger now and tone up more!
My time is very limited (I have to get up at 4:20am as it is to get to the gym before work) so hoping to find some quicker exercise ideas. I know that's not ideal, but it's what I have to work with right now.
Can't wait to get inspiration for everyone!
