Hi Vinia! welcome to Sparks! This is a great place and you will get a lot of help. And yes use the trackers! There are even records, so you can go back and see what you have been doing. If you ever have any questions just ask. They will be answered. Take it one day at a time and you will get to your 130 goal. Slow and steady is the way to go.

To help yourself keep on track, use the nutrition and fitness trackers everyday. You can locate them under My Trackers. They take a little getting use to, but you get immediate feedback in the number of calories you ate and the number you have burned through exercise.

Hello. I'm Vinia from Michigan. I'm 31, I've never been married, but currently have a boyfriend, and I have no kids. I've been overweight since I was 8 years old and i'm just looking to change that. My highest weight was back in 2006 when I was at 283. I think my last weight in was 209. So i'm just hoping to find support and maybe speed up the process a little. I'm really looking forward being 130 lbs.
