If you ever have any questions just ask. They will be answered. Take it one day at a time and you will get to your 130 goal. Slow and steady is the way to go.

Hello. I'm Vinia from Michigan. I'm 31, I've never been married, but currently have a boyfriend, and I have no kids. I've been overweight since I was 8 years old and i'm just looking to change that. My highest weight was back in 2006 when I was at 283. I think my last weight in was 209. So i'm just hoping to find support and maybe speed up the process a little.
