As EEVEE1 wrote, there are meal plans on the nutrition page if you want to use those. Just click under the date where it says tracker options and you can pick menu planner.

also on your start page (the one you automatically go to when you log on) there is a tab on the right hand side of your page near the top that says "how to use this site" it will give you a choice for videos, getting started and frequently asked questions

Welcome! I've been here only a few weeks but I think that when I signed up I was given the option to set up my main page. You can set it to private if you want to. There is a Spark diet that you can find under "Healthy Lifesytyle" which is one of the orange tabs at the top of this page. A lot of us are on our own diets and use this site for support. For example, I'm on the 17 day diet plan and I found a team here with others who are also following that diet plan. If you go up to the very top there is a help button which will help you learn about Spark points etc.

Hi there- I'm brand new to this site and am very overwhelmed. So much information but nothing I want to know about RIGHT NOW. ie: where is a menu planner? Where is an actual diet? I click and click and find nothing but overviews. I see that there is a video for the nutrition tracker but are there any other tutorials?
