Hi welcome. I think you are supposed to eat breakfast within an hour of getting up and then space your meals so you eat something about every 3 hours. You have a long day, but try to eat regularly, even breaking it down into 6 or more smaller meals.

I am 47 years old and cooking has alwasy been one of my passion , I love to knit and crochet and garden. I have been struggling to loose the last 40 pounds for over a year. I have already lost 35 pounds. I try to be very careful on what I eat and I do go to the gym 4 days a week. Very frustrated and blue , I am hoping Spark will help me reach my goals. I am confused on when to start my breakfast ,lunch, dinner and snack. I start my day at 3:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. Any suggestiosn would be great. Thank you, Kimberley
