I am not new to Spark but I have jumped back on and set some new goals for myself, so I have gotten more involved on the site and started looking for teams that fit me to keep me on track!
A little about myself, I go to the University of Guelph for Public Management (Bachelor of Commerce), and I am hoping to go to law school after! I have about 40lbs to lose, hopefully by my next birthday!

Hi all! My name's Ish, I just turned 21 and I live in Singapore. I'm starting my third year in uni in a couple of months and I'm studying Business, majoring in Quantitative Finance. My current weight is just over 152lb, and I want to lose at least 16lb before uni restarts. Only in the last six years has my weight really started to increase, and at my heaviest I weight 160lb. For my height (5' 2.5") that's quite a lot. I can lose weight easily, but it's very easy for me to gain it back as well, and with my sweet tooth, it can be difficult to keep the pounds off for good. Hopefully through this forum, I'll get the motivation to keep my diet and exercise in check. =)
Hello!! I am 20 and currently in my 2nd year of college. I am majoring in biology/ Pre-med and minoring in Psychology. I have been overweight for most of my life and I am trying to bring my weight down before graduation.

Hello! I am 24 and I have a 4 year old daughter. I am going to school in the Fall for Nursing, as long as I can score high enough on these assessments. I work as a Hostess. I have lost 10lbs this year. I finally broke into the 120's. Kinda bouncing between 129 and 131. Trying to steady it out. I am currently in week 4 of the 5K Your Way Walk to Jog program. Thats about all I got for now. Thanks!

Hi my name is Jamie. I am 21 and currently in my third year of college. I am hoping to get my weight down to 110 or so which means I need about a 20 pound weight loss. I am very excited about this community and I hope that by doing this it will keep me accountable. Im so ready for this and I really wanna stick with it this time!!
I'm 18 years and planning on going to college in the fall. I'm looking to lose around 25-30 pounds. I managed to get my weight down to 135lbs using SparkTeen a few years ago, and I hope to get my weight close to that again.

My name is Vanessa and I'm a 20 something (not quite 30!) looking to drop about 60lbs.
I first joined SP over 6 years ago as a junior in college and lost about 30 lbs. Since then I've graduated, got a corporate job, left for a non-profit, got married, and had a baby. Needless to say, life has been busy!
Since graduation I gained all the weight I loss and then some. Working at a desk 40+ hours a week and taking care of a baby has taken a lot of my time and focus.
I'm back on the wagon and determined to lose the weight for good and drop my sugar habit.
