Welcome Stacey! I sometimes have problems with binge eating too. The SP plan- or any plan where you dont restrict cals too much- can help with that because you dont have to cut anything out! You can eat sweets or whatever but in moderation and as long as you can fit into your goals for the day! I find that when I try to cut something that I love- like pizza- completely out of my diet, I will be more likely to binge on it. :-P I still do binge sometimes but as I educate myself about the proper nutrition, I am getting better :) Good luck!

Hi, My name is Stacey and i am 20 years old. Ive tried many times to lose weight, but failed everytime. I did manage to lose about 10 kgs already since returning for a holiday in August last year when i was my heaviest. Since being the weight that i am now, i find it really hard to lose weight. I have discovered i am a binge eater. I eat constantly, when im not hungry. I found myself eating a whole block of chocolate, just because it looked good, i wasnt even hungry. I am hoping that with the help of everyone here, I can finally start to drop the weight and be happy with my body. xx
