Well,you know what they say? Practice makes perfect! The more you practice something, (good eating habits, exercise, logging your foods, ect...)the better you will become at it, the quicker you will become at it and before you know it you will have a wonderful new HABIT! Not a BAD habit but a good one that you can add to and tweak as you learn and read and find out what your body responds to. Everyones body responds differently to different diets/lifestyles and you just have to find what works best for you. The longer I stay here, the more I read and the more wonderful people I meet and talk to the more I learn and evolve in my own path. So what may be right for you now will more than likely change as time passes as your body changes and as your bodies needs changes. If it isn't working just keep on till you find something that does. There are so many wonderful resources here that there is something for everyone!

Hello! My name is Emma and my "goal" is 120 lbs. I'm kinda small height-and-bone-wise, but I'm not really attached to the number. My main goal is to get healthy and avoid diabetes. The number I'm going for may change as I find out what my body needs.
I'm not a very consistent person, so I am only finally joining a group after a couple of months of trying to track everything I eat. I still don't have it down perfectly, but I'm getting better.
