I recently read an article on SparkPeople about other sources of calcium. I will see if I can find it and send you the link. As for the veggies, I don't know. Maybe try preparing them in different ways. Let him help prepare them. You can probably sneak them in, you should be able to find recipes.

New here and thought I'd introduce myself, Penny, I have a five year old that has OMG allergies, he's allergic to dairy protein and beef, soy protein, corn, and a whole slew of outside allergens. Finding an economical way to get him his calcium and iron has put things on a whole new creative level. We have the best results simply by switching to goat's milk and sticking with chicken and turkey. He won't eat any kind of pork either. If any of you have any idea of any creative ways to get him to eat more vegetables full of iron and calcium I'd love to hear it.
