Hi all, my name is Cynthia and I am posting a quick introduction. :) I'm a mom to 5 kids aged 3-11, and a wife and homeschooler as well. Life is busy! And that is why I am here. I have been letting all my daily duties take me away from being the healthiest me. I have always liked being active and exercising but for the last year, been treating exercise as a luxury that I treat myself with when I have completed my long list of to-dos. Needless to say, there haven't been many days where I actually got to exercise!!! I have probably gained about 10 lbs over this last year and am putting a stop to it now! I always do best when I can be "around" other like minded people who are moving towards their fitness goals even if it is only online, so I am hoping that keeping track of my workouts, and posting here will keep me motivated! :)
