it depends on you and what you feel best with.some prefer 3 big meals,others 3 medium meals and two snacks and others 6 small meals.i am the middle one myself.the main thing is making sure you stay in your calorie range for the day or week depending how you are working it.(just make sure you donīt go under or over the calorie range set for you.try and spread it out to suit you.if you like a big breafast and not so hungry at night have more calories in the morning.if snacking and night eating are your downfall then have the majority of your calories in the night.if you are below your calories at the end of day and are not hungry try and drink some milk etc.if you are low in calories and hungry drink water and eat soup or fruit and veg.you have to find what works for you so that you will then be able to stick to it.remember no ne is perfect as long as with learn by our mistakes and put them behind us then it is ok.good luck know you have it in you to do this and you are worth.
Hello my name is Nisi and my doctor gave me the information to this site . Well so far I'm really liking it but I have a question....is it true that I should eat 6 small meals aday even if I'm not hunger. I have notice that I haven't been rewarding my calories goal I only eat like no more then abt 900-1100 a day so can abt help me because Ireally really want and need to lose weight Thank you, Nisi
