Thanks! I have an almost 13 year old who seems to have a healthier relationship with food than my almost 10 year old. I would like to help my 10 year old get healthier while helping myself. How to encourage him along the way? Food is always first and foremost on his mind! And he is a bit overweight.

I am loving this program. I have to remember to go with to slow and sure technique, and to stay steady and committed. I seem to really be able to be healthy at home, but as soon as any activity comes into play I struggle. So...I have identified a challenge and need to prepare. I am a wife and mother. I want to be well.
