Hi I'm the mom of three boys. I have been over weight most of my life and ate fastfood alot when I was younger. I have the Baratric surgery 12 years ago. Having the sugery doen't mean you quit trying to stay healthy, you have to work at it! The surgery was the biggest turning point of my life, I changed alot of the unhealthy eating habits, but have gotten busy with my boys thier activities. I have a 15 years old, who plays football, bowls, runs track and now wants to play baseball. I think he uses all of these for social time. He is 6'4 and is shaped just like me, extra in the middle. I also have twin boys who are 7. They are pretty slim, but our eating habits have turn to "what ever is fast". Which we all know if you don't prepare you tend to eat bad/fattening food. I am hoping joining this team there will be some ideas of better ways to be a "Taxi" service for all the games and eating healthy. I need to get my family back on track for healthy eating! My husband has some extra pounds he would like to shed, so we are all on board! I would love to hear any suggestions.
