You started your journey where there is no turning back. Resisting the negative forces gets Positive results. One of the things i do is blend fruits and vegetables. this helps curb my hunger. For evening snacking, lately it's been either roasted unsalted peanuts or a cup of Cheerios

Hi! I'm Krystal. I'm a 30 year old nursing student, wife, and mother of 3. For the past few years, I've been yo-yo dieting (it's NOT working!), I'm the heaviest I've ever been (except when I was pregnant), and feeling horrible about my relationship with food. I want to have more energy, be more active, and just feel healthy overall. I thought that by joining this site, I would have the support I need to stay motivated and diciplined. Great to be here :-)
