I focus on mini-goals too. I make an appointment on the sparkcalender to meet the next pound that week...so like I am 160 right now and the next goal I have is to be 159 this week. It keeps me motivated:-) It is the little things in life!

Although I've been a member here since January, I only just really started sucking in as much SparkInfo as possible. I've always managed to win this battle with my weight but since my second child i seem to be losing the battle...and losing myself. I have 30 lbs to lose but I'm focused on losing 5 at a time so it won't seem so daunting and I won't be so afraid to fail. So here I am people...I'm holding myself accountable to a world of people I don't know...WHO'S WITH ME?!
