Hi I am 21 years old and I have a 2 year old daughter. Let me just start by saying I need some help and encouragement. I use to be very active but over the last 5 years have slowly become more and more lazy. I want to be completely fit for next summer. But my main goal right now is to lose weight (30 lbs) and tighten up some areas real quick so I can be looking good when I go to Vegas next March. If there is any advice or tips or secrets please bya ll means throw them my way!!! Thanks a lot.
