Hi everyone,

I originally signed up for Sparkpeople in January of 2009 in order to track my diet for a college health class. Over the last couple of years, I have fallen into some bad habits such as not eating as healthy as I should, not exercising, and drinking alcohol. I have made several weak attempts to improve in these areas, only to find myself eventually falling into the same old bad habits again. I'm trying to gather up the courage, motivation, and tenacity to put myself through a 3 day juice cleanse to "reset" my health and hopefully put myself on a better path for re-adopting healthy habits. I want to use Sparkpeople to keep me honest and accountable to move forward with my plan, as I am generally a passive person who tends to give up easily. Thanks in advance for your support! Any "juicers" out there that can give me positive feedback on the process are most appreciated!!
