first welcome to the team.you seem to have clear lines on what and why you are doinbg this so if you keep that always in the front of your mind you will get there ion the end.have you checked out on the spark teams here if there is a team for the place you live or any place in your surroundings.you just go to spark teams on the community heading and then write your town or place in and serch.then a team will come up if there is one.then when not type your next nearest town in till you find a team near you..also you can do what you just did here on all your other spark teams saying you are looking for a workout or accountability buddy in your area.good luck i live in germany and i have no one here in spark in my area.let us know how you get on. emoticon

I am a mother of two small children, a wife, a sister in-law, a nursing student, and a big role model. It is very stressful! I want to become that energetic, active mom, the "sexy" wife, and that fun sister in-law. I want to make the right choices for my family and I. I would love to learn healthy alternatives to the meals that we eat and start my children off on the right foot to a long healthy life style.
I would really like to meet other moms in the Omaha, NE metro that are making the change too. I have lots of motivation but I would like to have people around me with the same type of motivation. I am on here a lot and learn a great deal of things but I feel sometimes the time that I spend on here learning I should have been getting an extra workout in. I need someone to give me a kick start on all the basic essentials that I will need to make this a successful lifestyle change for me and my family.
