Hi! My name is Karena . I have being over weight now for 6 years. I have added 2 children in the last 6 years. My weight issue came in then. Before the last (2) children I was a health fan with exercise and healthy living. Right now I weigh 228lbs on 5'5 in height, very unhealthy. Searching high and low to get some motivation I stumble across sparkpeople. It is very helpful to me as well as motivating. I am on my way now to a healthy weight loss that is helping me to return back to a positive life change. I neglected myself when my children came along and poured all my time and attention to them and my boyfriend leaving no time for self care. My weight goal is 145lbs at a slow pace. So wish me luck. I will make it. With the help of GOD and you guys here at Sparkpeople.
