I've been a member for a while but haven't seriously used the site. I would like to use it more because I think it has some great tools to help me. My goals are to get in shape and loose my final 10 pounds. I have 4 kids and I'd like to get them moving and getting in shape too. I finally stopped smoking 3 weeks ago but I'm afraid of gaining back some weight so any tips to encourage and motivate me would be appreciated.
