Kristie - SP has SO many excellent resourses. What really helps me is using the different trackers (so I can actually see my progress) and being a part of several teams. HI Everyone. I am brand new to this community and not exactly sure where to start. I would love to hear all of your postive experiences and what motivates you to keep coming back. Right now my goals and the amount of weight I need to loose seem so unobtainable. I could use the encouragement and any helpful tips you have.
