welcome and i hear you i like you am also a emotional eater.re a workout partner you could check out spark teams to see if there is a team based in your area then you can join that team and post a thread asking for a workout buddy.if there is no team for your area i would suggest you put a notioce up in your local cym/fitness studio.also in local supermarket, school and kindergartens as that is where the most women are if you are looking for a workout buddy.it also depends what type of exercise you perfer.if it is running or nordic walking you can look up in local libuary or internet is there is a running/nordic walking group in your area.you could also advertise in the local paper.hope this helps-where there is a will zthere is a way.when you canīt find one but i hope you do you can look for an accountability buddy instead.one who doesnīt live near you but you can report to on a weekly or even daily basis what your plans are and if you have carried it through and where they can check up on you.hope this helps.if you need to talk etc you know where tofind me.

Hello, my name is Jennette. I have a weight loss of goal of 75 lbs. I have been down this road before. In 2008, I achieved my weight loss goal(lost 110lbs) and was doing pretty well. Then, I lost my job, and went into a period of depression, during which I gained over half of the weight back. That was a dark time for me, it seemed as if food was my only friend. Now, I have a new attitude and new focus. I realize that I am definitely an emotional eater, and I spend everyday fighting those urges. I hope to achieve my weight loss goal once again and to stay there. With that being said, that is my story. I am open for any and all advice, and tips on how to achieve this for a lifetime. Also, if anyone knows how I can find a workout partner, please let me know that as well. :-)
