joined sparkpeople about a week or so. i can see this will help me. was suprised by the amount of food i eat.I EAT ALOT. i m trying hard too watch my cal. this is very hardfor me. if anyone has any advice please share. have increased execise. the trackers are great. i m a 40 yr old mom of 2 girls age 9 &6. i m 5 4 &210pds. i m a nurse who works nights. i m fat and tired. my weight has always been a struggle.please pray for me.
