I would love to lose at least 10-15 lbs by April or May of this year. My weight has crept back up and I'm finding I don't have time to exercise during the week. I used to walk on my breaks, but lately I've been runing errands for myself and my kids. The only time I have is on the weekend and that's being ate up. My husband started and new job and doesn't have much leave. His solution is to go into work on the weekends. That means no gym for me. My 6 yr old is bored at the gym childcare and they couldn't manage my super active 4 yr old who has ASD. I try to get exercise with the kids outside from time to time, but the sad truth is I'm out of shape. Help!! I need out of this body, I don't know where it came from!!
