Over time I have seen many people come and go at the local gym. I find that many let their feelings get in the way. Try doing something small so that you may notice something. For example, jump start your day by stretching and doing some ab exercises BEFORE you get out of bed. Wear 3 pound legs weights for part of the day. Use stretch bands, perhaps during commercial breaks while watching tv. When you finally notice some kind of good feeling, unexpectedly, that may motivate you more to do other things as well.
