Hello everyone! I am a 45 year old mother of two boys. They are great kids tall and thin like their dad. My husband is a runner and very slim. He ran the Philly Marathon in November, what a proud day that was. While he trained I figured out how to feed him, problem is I ate like a marathoner without the training. I have been cruising the Sparkpeople site for several months now, have read The Spark TWICE and I just can't seemed to cross the start line. I need to lose 100 lbs and am going in the wrong direction. I need some one to give me a push, or something. I guess I just need to jump in the water and swim. I think I am afraid of not succeeding AGAIN!! My wonderful husband has signed up for the NY Marathon lottery and I need to be on a solid upswing before he starts the serious training. I need help. Any thoughts would be wonderful.
