Hi, I'm Chelsea. I will be 21 on April 4. I have been overweight most of my life. I have went between 145 - 170 since I was 13(not counting my pregnancy). I got up to 200 when I had my daughter January 29, 2010. I am absolutely frustrated with my weight and health. My problem is lack of motivation or something. I have been bi-polar most of my life, which contributes to the problem. I hope to gain confidence security from the spark program and am looking forward to any tips or advice you may have for this newcomer.
