Hello everyone. My name is Brenda and I have set myself on a fast track to weight loss. Since October 15, 2010, I have lost 50 lbs. The hardest part is trying to keep myself motivated. I walk a mile every morning and just recently started using the biggest loser dvd to help with toning. I have decided and made up my mind to do this. I have cut out all of the salt (except once every week), I do not eat junk food anymore at all, and I do not drink anymore soda. This has helped me to lose weight a little rapidly because of this change. I do not crave a lot of foods that I have cut out of my diet. I have high blood pressure and I would like to get it down and under control.
