Welcome! Start small - baby steps really matter. SP recommends you pick some short term goals, like trying to drink your water every day, or getting in more fruits/veggies, etc. Try picking a few very modest goals so you don't overwhelm yourself. When you see success (and you will), it will motivate you to take the next step, and then the next, etc, etc. Best wishes for a successful journey!
